All official Hitachi distributors in HCME's service area will get access to Hitachi Internet based services: Zaxis@NET and Global e-Service.

Zaxis@NET is an application which main functions are to accumulate maintenance and service history of all HCME sold machines and making this information available for future reference, as well as to administer the warranty claim administration between distributors and HCME Product Support organisation.

E-Service is an application that provides in a number of different functions, such as;Hitachi Diagnostic Support system (HDS), where operational data downloaded from a machine can be uploaded to the HCM server,Hitachi On-line Parts system (HOP) where part numbers of all Hitachi machines can be retrieved, Machine Cost Estimate (MCE), a system for estimation of maintenance costs for large size excavators,E-Cabinet, an online library where service literature such as service manuals, operator's manuals and product information in 12 European languages can be reviewed and downloaded.

Also a calculation tool for cycle time efficiency for excavators, various technical adjustment and service data as well as maintenance intervals for a number of service items per machine are featured.
