Our goal is to "keep customer equipment at a maximum performance level". To fulfil this goal, we have set more than 150 dealers all over the world.
From the Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV headquarters, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with its state of the art facilities, the Product Support organisation offers unparalleled service to both its distributors and customers.
The HCME Product Support philosophy is to fully support all HCME products during their operational life, to the highest standards existing in the industry and overall placing the customer at the centre of it's activities.
Technical Support & Training
While having people stationed closer to the market, the core of HCME's Product Support organisation is based in the Training and Demonstration Centre (TDC) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. A team of qualified and experienced engineers supports distributors and customers with any technical query on Hitachi products.
Online Support
All official Hitachi distributors in HCME's service area will get access to Hitachi Internet based services: Zaxis@NET and Global e-Service.
Extended Warranty/HELP
Hitachi machines have a 12-month period of standard warranty with a maximum of 2,000 to 3,000 operating hours, depending on machine type. During this period HCME fully guarantees Hitachi machines sold through HCME to be free from material and workmanship defects. After these initial 12 months there is an option to further extend the warranty coverage period and operating hours as part of HELP.
Diagnostic Tools - Dr. ZX
The majority of Hitachi machines are computer controlled. The Machine Controller (MC) is the 'brain' of a machine, controlling the engine and the hydraulic operation. The data that is gathered during operation is stored into a memory module.

HCME considers its distributors to be the ambassadors of the Hitachi brand, so we support all HCME authorised distributors throughout the market by providing world-class service locally.
