Goal:
Coordination and development of all business relationships between HCME, the Liaison Office and the dealer network, optimal supervision of the dealers promoting the business, support of the manager, product marketing and sales through measures which promote sales, office organisation and representation.
Place in the organisation
The sales office and office organisation employee reports to the manager of the HCME German Liaison office.
Tasks:
Coordination of all business relationships between HCME, German Liaison Office and the dealer network upon instructions of the German Liaison Office.
Preparing orders, control, supervision and statistic recording and processing.
Preparation, production and control of contractual documents and supervision of machine presentations, demonstrations and commissions, including organising transport etc.
Producing price lists and offers for the dealers, presentations, mailings etc.
Control of billing and dunning according to the requirements of HCME.
Work on the preparation and implementation of trade fairs, exhibitions, training sessions, presentations etc.
Pamphlet management / obtaining literature and distribution to the dealers.
Support of the manager, working in sales, promoting sales and product support.
General office work and office communication, including switchboard.

The employee for sales office work and office organisation works upon instructions of the manager of the HCME German Liaison Office.
Functional requirements
Planning and coordination abilities in the commercial area and preferably general technical experience.
Positive and motivating attitude and charisma.
Good communication and contact abilities.
Team capabilities.
Very good computer skills.
Very good German and good English language skills fluent both written and spoken.
