On a short term we are recruiting for the department Sales Administration (Corporate Division) in Amsterdam an: Item Creator
Goal
Maintain the Oracle system for purchasing and invoicing transactions. Check and control the inventory machine and Lending or Demo machine. Reconcile shipped machine form HCME with inventory machine in Oracle.
Tasks
Make the draft for each new item in cooperation with the members of Sales Administration;
Check the item cost and value in Oracle;
Change the cost depending on the request from the members of Sales Administration;
Apply new currency conversion rate ever new term;
Make new strategy to organizing BOM structure with General Manager of Sales Administration;
Make and maintain the lists for Lending & Demo machines;
Make the lists for Inventory machines and control all the inventory;
Control inventory strategy with General Manager of Sales Administration and the department International Sales.
Schooling requirements
Relevant education on MBO/ HBO level;
At least two/ three years of working experience in a similar position.
Function requirements
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written);
Flexible, immune to stress and independent;
Strong personality and analytical capacity;
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Oracle.
