Global e-Service
Customers and dealers can use Global e-Service to review and share data on each Zaxis-3 and Zaxis-5 excavator to manage the fleet of machines remotely. The online facility also helps the dealer to proactively advise the customer on preventative maintenance and related special offers.
Extended warranty and Service contracts
Each new Hitachi model is covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. If customers require extra protection due to severe working conditions or wish to minimise equipment repair costs, Hitachi dealers can offer a unique extended warranty programme, HELP (Hitachi Extended Life Program) and comprehensive service contracts.
